Born in Nala Village, Shamli, India — the starting point of my journey.

First Professional Exposure

Joined Vertex BPO and worked in Flipkart customer support while pursuing studies. This phase gave me early exposure to communication, customer handling, and real-world problem solving.

2016

Customer Support Growth

Switched to Concentrix and worked in JIO customer support while continuing undergraduate studies. This helped me build patience, process understanding, and confidence in handling customer issues.

Graduation

Completed undergraduate studies from Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Management College, Meerut.

2020

Post Graduation

Completed post-graduation from MIET, Meerut, with a stronger foundation for business, technology, and professional growth.

Business Analyst Career Start

Started my Business Analyst career at Web Wheel Technologies, moving from customer-facing experience into structured business problem solving.

SDG Corporation

Joined SDG Corporation and expanded into business analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, workflow design, and solution delivery.

A New Branch Begins

In 2025, my journey started expanding into two strong directions — professional growth and personal interest through entrepreneurship.
